Payment policy

On booking 30% of the total amount will be charged as deposit.

Return of the deposit will take place according to the regulations described at Cancellation Policy.

If Direct Payment Transfer is chosen, then the transaction should be completed within 2 hours from the moment of the booking. You are advised to send your bank receipt to sales@portodiakofti.com so as to confirm your transaction (please include your OrderId).

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.

Cancellation policy

This rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to 21 days before arrival date, 12:00 local time.

If cancelled up to 21 days prior arrival no fees apply and the deposit will be returned to customer’s bank account/card. In this case, the commision, which is charged due the banking transaction will not be returned. For cancellations later (for example, 7 days before the arrival), the 30% of the total amount will be charged, in other words the deposit will not be returned once it is charged. In case of no-show the 30% of the total amount will be charged as well.
